We collect information you provide directly such as quiz responses and scores, chat messages with our AI spiritual guidance feature, app preferences and settings, and any content you voluntarily share through the App. We automatically collect device information, app usage data, performance and crash data to improve app functionality, and daily visit tracking for streak calculations. We do not require account creation or personal registration, do not collect names or phone numbers, do not collect location data, and do not access your device's contacts, photos, or other personal files.

How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information to provide and maintain the App's functionality, track your daily visit streaks and quiz progress, provide personalized spiritual guidance through our AI chat feature, improve the App's performance and user experience, analyze usage patterns to enhance features, and ensure the App operates securely and efficiently.

Legal Basis for Processing

Under PIPA and Canadian privacy law, we process your information based on your implied consent through continued use of the App, legitimate interests in providing and improving our services, and necessity for the performance of the App's core functions.

Information Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personal information to third parties. We may share information only with trusted third-party service providers who assist us in operating the App, if required by law or governmental authority, or in the event of a business transfer, subject to the same privacy protections.

Data Storage and Security

Most app data is stored locally on your device. Some usage data may be stored on secure servers in Canada. We implement appropriate technical and organizational safeguards to protect your information. Local app data remains on your device until you delete the app. Usage analytics data is retained for up to 2 years. You can reset your data at any time through the app settings.

Your Rights Under PIPA

Under British Columbia's Personal Information Protection Act, you have the right to know what personal information we collect about you, access your personal information in our possession, request correction of inaccurate information, request deletion of your personal information, withdraw consent for certain types of data processing, and file a complaint with the Office of the Information and Privacy Commissioner of BC.

Children's Privacy

The App is designed for users aged 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected information from a child under 13, we will take steps to delete such information promptly.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the effective date at the top of this policy, notify users through the App if changes are material, and post the updated policy within the App. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Privacy Policy.
